Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1880. Beige brick walls with red brick quoins and timber cornice. Roughcast rendering to sides. Timber sash windows with stone sills and red brick dressings. Timber panelled door with segmental-headed glazed timber surround and red brick dressings. Hipped slate roof with perforated cresting and red brick chimney stacks.

This modest house is a fine example of Victorian architecture, with a simple, attractive entrance and a skilful use of materials with the contrasting brickwork. The house is a valuable part of the village due to its strong contribution to the streetscape.
