Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1875. Refenestrated, c.2000. One of a terrace of four. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement uPVC casement windows, c.2000. Square-headed door opening with rendered surround, and replacement glazed uPVC panelled door, c.2000, having overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

A small-scale house, built as one of a terrace of four identical houses (with 22830317/WD-09-30-317), which retains its original form and massing. However, like the remainder of the terrace, much of the original fabric has been lost, to the detriment of the external appearance of the composition.
