Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1850, as a group of three with the adjoining pair of houses to the west. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Pebbledashed walls. Replacement timber casement windows and timber panelled door.

This terrace of three houses occupies an interesting location in the urban landscape, set in a narrow and confined lane. The scale and form of the group make a notable and positive contribution to the streetscape, and the buildings are enhanced by the retention of significant features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows, timber panelled door and slate roofs.
