Terraced single-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1750, as a group of three with the adjoining houses to the west. Pitched tile roof with red brick chimneystack and dormer window. Rendered walls with timber shopfront inserted c. 1880 to ground floor, and having replacement aluminium window to first floor.

This house forms part of an interesting terrace with the adjoining houses to the west. The scale and form of these houses contribute to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, these houses are representative of the quayside development in this area during the mid eighteenth century. Notable features of the group include the steep pitched roofs and corner chimneystacks.
