Terraced two-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1750, as a group of three with the adjoining houses to the east and west. Pitched tile roof with red brick chimneystack and dormer window. Rendered walls with replacement aluminium windows and timber matchboard door.

This house forms part of an interesting terrace with the adjoining houses to the east and west. The scale and form of these houses contribute to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, these houses are representative of the quayside development in this area during the mid eighteenth century. Notable features of the group include the steep pitched roofs and corner chimneystacks.
