What is recorded here

Terraced two-bay two-storey house, dated 1880, having recent timber shopfront to ground floor, and integral carriage arch to west end shared with neighbouring property. Pitched slate roof having clay ridge tiles, red brick chimneystacks and combination of aluminium and uPVC rainwater goods. Tooled limestone walls. Square-headed window openings having red brick block-and-start surrounds with prominent keystones, limestone sills and two-over-two pane replacement timber sliding sash windows with ogee horns. Square-headed recessed doorway to shopfront having glazed timber door.
This mid-terrace property was built as one of a terrace of three identical houses along O'Neill Street. The well-executed and well-hewn limestone façade is representative of fine craftsmanship. The survival of original features and fabric enhances the structure, making it a fine contributor to the architectural heritage of O'Neill Street
