End-of-terrace two-bay two-storey house, dated 1911, on an L-shaped plan; single-bay (single-bay deep) two-storey lean-to return (east). One of a terrace of ten. Pitched slate roof extending into lean-to slate roof (east), ridge tiles, rendered chimney stack (south) having ogee-detailed cornice capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on timber eaves boards. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with inscribed precast concrete shield date stone ("1911"). Square-headed door opening (north) with two cut-granite steps, and concealed dressings framing timber panelled door having overlight. Square-headed window openings with concrete sills, and concealed dressings framing two-over-two timber sash windows. Set back from line of street with rendered, ruled and lined boundary wall to perimeter having "saddleback" coping supporting cast-iron railings.

A house erected by Patrick O'Neill (----) of Market Square representing an integral component of the early twentieth-century domestic built heritage of Enniscorthy with the architectural value of the composition suggested by such attributes as the compact plan form; and the slight diminishing in scale of the openings on each floor producing a graduated visual impression. Having been well maintained, the form and massing survive intact together with substantial quantities of the original fabric, both to the exterior and to the interior, thus upholding the character or integrity of a house forming part of a self-contained ensemble making a pleasing visual statement in Mill Park Road.
