Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1870, now disused. Pitched fish-scale tile roof with rendered eaves course, having red brick chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills throughout, having raised render surrounds and two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows. Square-headed door opening to front elevation, having raised render surround and glazed timber door with limestone step.

A fine nineteenth century house retaining much of its historic form and character through the retention of various features, including timber sash windows and an unusual roof. Its simple form is in keeping with its surroundings and it makes a positive contribution to the area's architectural heritage.
