What is recorded here

Attached three-bay two-storey house, built c.1930. Single-storey extension (west). Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack and cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and rendered sills. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door, decorative door furniture and overlight.
A house of unusual orientation which retains much of its early character. The timber sliding sash windows and battened door are notable historic features which contribute to both building and streetscape.
