What is recorded here
Semi-detached two-bay two-storey over basement house, c. 1830, with round-headed doorway having fanlight, bow windows and front railings; slate pitched roof with dormer attic inserted, c. 1970; rough cast render to walls; outbuildings to Wellington Road boundary.
One of a pair of unusual houses having large bows to the front. Unfortunately, all but one timber sash window has been replaced with uPVC, although the door fanlight has been retained. Although not as intact as the adjoining building it is nevertheless of importance as one of a pair.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
