Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1870. Extensively renovated, c.1995. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1995, red clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and replacement uPVC rainwater goods, c.1995, on timber eaves. Painted rendered walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and moulded rendered surrounds (shouldered to first floor) having keystones. Replacement uPVC casement windows, c.1995. Round-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround having lion mask detailing, replacement timber panelled door, c.1995, and overlight. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.

An attractive, small-scale composition of irregularly-displaced openings, the integrity of this house has been slightly diminished by the replacement fittings and materials using inappropriate modern materials. However, the retention of the rendered detailing enhances the visual appeal of the site. The house forms an integral component of the streetscape of Military Road, continuing a section of two-storey houses on the north-west side of the road.
