Terraced three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c.1920. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack, rooflight and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls with render corbelled eaves course and sill course. Square-headed openings with one-over-one timber sliding sash windows and concrete sills. Square-headed door opening with timber panelled door, timber glazed side panels and overlight.

Built as part of a fine terrace, which has much lost much of its historic fabric, this building retains its original features and character. The decorative corbels and sill course enliven the facade while also ensuring it contributes to the coherence of the terrace.
