Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1860. Extensively renovated, c.1985. One of a pair. Pitched (shared) roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1985, clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves. Painted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with stone sills, and replacement timber casement windows, c.1985. Round-headed door opening with replacement timber door, c.1985, and rendered overpanel. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An attractive, middle-size house of modest appearance, built as one of a pair (with 22830183/WD-09-30-183), which retains its original form and massing, and which contributes to the streetscape value of Manor Street.
