Semi-detached four-bay single-storey house, c.1910, with advanced two-bay extension to west. uPVC windows. Roughcast rendered walls with smooth rendered base course. Original doorway blocked, uPVC door inserted to former window opening, and bay window added. Pitched tiled roof with central and shared beige brick chimney stacks.
This house, though altered, retains some of its original proportions, and is an integral part of this group of modest early twentieth-century local authority houses set along a crescent.
