Detached three-bay two-storey house, c.1880. uPVC windows with brick sills. Pebble-dashed walls with a smooth rendered base course. Advanced central entrance breakfront with uPVC door having three-centred arched plain fanlight. Pitched slate roof with raised gables and rendered chimney stack at each gable end. Flat-roofed single-storey extensions to east and west sides.
A modest two-storey house with some unusual elements, such as the breakfront and brick sills, which give it a distinctive character.
