Three circular houses which were cut by later graves were uncovered during excavation within the ecclesiastical enclosure (TN027-100001) (Manning 1984b, 246-7). The above description is derived from 'The Archaeological Inventory of County Tipperary. Vol. 1 - North Tipperary' compiled by Jean Farrelly and Caimin O'Brien (Dublin: Stationery Office, 2002).
