On the Rathcroghan plateau. An area of c. 2 ha (c. 4 acres) is divided into small rectangular paddocks (dims c. 20-25m x c.10m) by low earthen banks (Wth c. 3m; H 0.3m) or scarps on either side of the road (RO022-057021-) which here widens (Wth c. 20m). Two rectangular house sites are integral with the paddocks. This house (ext. dims 13.2m E-W; 7.2m N-S) has two or possibly three rooms. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
