Situated on E facing slope of rising ground in grassland, with extensive views from N-E-S, overlooked by higher ground to W. Earthwork (WM003-080---) 110m to E. Grass-covered wall footings of a rectangular house site in centre of ringfort (WM003-079----) which is clearly visible on Digital Globe aerial photograph taken November 2011.
