Terraced three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, built c. 1902. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and pair of gabled dormer windows. Rendered walls. Timber sliding sash windows having cast-iron sill guards to ground floor window openings. Replacement timber panelled door.
The scale and form of this house make a positive contribution to the streetscape. The building is enhanced by the retention of interesting features and materials, such as the timber sliding sash windows and slate roof. The cast-iron sill guards are of artistic design and enliven the building.
