Terraced two-bay four-storey premises with steeply pitched roof, c. 1760; one of a pair. Painted render finish. Full width flat-roofed bay projection incorporating shopfront added to ground floor façade, having replacement timber casement windows; street frontage and small enclosed area to rear.
Substantial late eighteenth-century premises, retaining some original fabric. Having importance as part of distinctive eighteenth-century terrace on river.
