Attached two-bay three-storey house, built c. 1820, now unoccupied. Hipped slate roof, pitched to west, with rendered chimneystack, cut limestone ridge tiles and coping, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted roughcast rendered walls with render plinth. Square-headed openings with concrete sills and one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows, margined to first floor. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber door, overlight, render reveals, and cut stone plinth blocks and step. Fronts directly onto street.

The asymmetry of the façade of this house is an unusual feature and points to an early date of construction. It retains its timber sliding sash windows and slate roof.
