What is recorded here
Terraced two-bay two-storey house, built c. 1910, with dormer attic. Rendered walls with string course between floors. Moulded render surrounds to ground floor openings, with cast-iron sill guard to window. Replacement roof, gabled dormer and uPVC windows.
The scale and form of this house, which is in keeping with the adjoining terraced houses to the north and south, contribute to the streetscape. Though many interesting features and materials have been replaced, the regular façade of this house is articulated and enhanced by the moulded render details.
This does not grant access. Most recorded buildings are privately owned; view them only from public ground unless the owner allows entry.
