Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1820, as part of terrace of six with adjoining houses to north-west and south-east. Pitched slate roof with rendered chimneystack and uPVC rainwater goods. Painted rendered walls. Camber-headed window openings with replacement uPVC windows having painted limestone sills. Segmental-headed door opening with timber panelled door having cobweb fanlight and limestone step. Wrought-iron railings to site on rendered plinths, having decorative cast-iron finials flanking entrance.

This elegant classically-proportioned house retains its original form and character, and many important features and materials such as its fanlight, limestone sills and wrought-iron railings. The house, through its symmetry and continuous roofline, as part of a terrace, is a significant part of the streetscape.
