Square-headed door openings with rendered stepped approaches to rear and side (south-west) elevation, having timber battened doors. Located within own grounds with U-plan farmyard to north-west. Rusticated concrete block enclosing wall and piers with render block coping and double-leaf wrought-iron gates.
A handsome house situated in an elevated position which makes a notable contribution to the surrounding area . Its symmetrical facade with its crisp lines is greatly enlivened by the paired canted bays, shared canopy and bipartite sash windows. The retention of simple artistic details such as the raised render surrounds that frame the first floor windows, rendered sill band and the contrast formed between the smooth render and roughcast rendered walls, further enhance the house. The older farm buildings add to its setting and context.
