Detached five-bay single-storey house, built c. 1820, having single-bay return to west end of front (north) elevation and two-bay extension to east end of rear (south) elevation, both with pitched artificial slate roofs. Pitched artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystack. Rendered walls. Square-headed openings throughout, two-over-two pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation, replacement timber casement windows to rear elevation, uPVC windows and door to extension, uPVC door to front elevation. Roofless remains of two-bay two-storey outbuilding to west of site to rear, having rubble stone walls and square-headed openings, with single-bay single-storey outbuilding attached to south gable having pitched corrugated-iron roof, rendered walls and square-headed openings. Two-bay single-storey range to east of site to rear with pitched slate and corrugated-iron roofs, rubble stone walls with buttress to east elevation, and square-headed openings with timber battened fittings. Grey brick curved entrance walls and square-profile piers with wrought-iron double-leaf gates.

Interesting appearance created by long low elevation punctuated by large regular window openings. Enhanced by retention of timber sliding sash windows. Unusual L-plan form for single-storey, with projecting gable to front elevation.
