Terraced three-bay two-storey house, built c.1900, with gabled bay to facade. Fronts directly onto street. Pitched slate roof with terracotta ridge tiles, rendered chimneystacks with terracotta pots and cast-iron rainwater goods. Roughcast render to walls with smooth render to plinth and timber eaves course. Segmental and square-headed window openings with redbrick surrounds to timber casement windows with tooled stone sills. Square-headed door openings with red brick surround to timber panelled door with overlight.

One of the five houses that forms the picturesque Convent View Terrace, this structure and its neighbours share an attractive roofline and decorative frontage. As a group, they contribute to the built heritage, street and canalscape of Tulllamore.
