Semi-detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, c.1900. uPVC casement windows set in painted brick ground floor walls with roughcast rendered first floor having half-dormer window. Flat-roofed timber porch to entrance. Lean-to extension to rere. Pitched artificial slate roof with central red brick chimney stack.
One of a group of four semi-detached houses of unusual design which create a distinctive rhythm along this side of the road. This house, though at first sight quite altered, retains its original proportions and substantial original fabric beneath the paint.
