Semi-detached three-bay single-storey with dormer attic house, c.1900. Timber casement windows set in roughcast rendered walls with half-dormer window. Flat-roofed uPVC porch to entrance. Pitched artificial slate roof with central rendered chimney stack. Large modern extension to rere.
One of a group of four semi-detached houses of unusual design which create a distinctive rhythm along this side of the road. This house, though refurbished and slightly altered, retains some original proportions and remains an integral part of the group.
