Detached three-bay single-storey vernacular house, built c.1800. Pitched corrugated-iron roof with rendered chimneystack and gable copings. White washed rubble stone walls with dressed stone quoins. Square-headed window openings with stone sills and replacement timber-framed windows. Square-headed door opening with timber battened door.

Simple in design and small in stature, this house is rooted in the vernacular tradition. The use of locally available rubble stone, small window openings and corrugated-iron is typical of this tradition. The corrugated-iron roof may have replaced an earlier thatched roof, as often occurred in the twentieth century.
