Detached three-bay two-storey house with dormer attic, c.1800. Refenestrated, c.1875. Reroofed, c.1950. Pitched roof with replacement artificial slate, c.1950, clay ridge tiles, rendered chimney stacks, square rooflights, and cast-iron rainwater goods. Unpainted rendered, ruled and lined walls. Square-headed window openings with rendered sills, and moulded rendered surrounds. Replacement 1/1 timber sash windows, c.1875. Square-headed door opening with moulded rendered surround, and replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1875. Road fronted with concrete footpath to front.
An appealing house of modest appearance, which retains its original form and early fabric, and which contributes to the visual appeal of the street scene.
