Terraced two-bay two-storey house, c.1900, with box bay window to right ground floor. One of a group of four. Pitched (shared) slate roof (hipped and pitched slate roof to bay window extending over door opening as canopy) with clay ridge tiles, replacement rendered and yellow brick Running bond (shared) chimney stacks with one having cornice capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Fine roughcast walls. Square-headed window openings including to bay window with cut-granite sills forming sill course to bay window, and one-over-one timber sash windows having timber casement windows to bay window. Square-headed door opening with replacement timber panelled door. Set back from street in own grounds with random rubble stone boundary wall to forecourt incorporating section of squared rubble stone vertical construction having rendered rounded coping, and red brick block-and-start dressings supporting iron gate on step.

An amiable house of modest size built as one of a group of four identical units (remainder in group not included in survey) making a pleasing impression in the streetscape of Bohreen Hill. Having been well maintained, the house remains as the last in the group to present an early aspect with the elementary composition attributes surviving in place together with most of the historic or original fabric, thereby upholding some of the character or integrity of the collective ensemble in the street scene.
