Attached three-bay two-storey combined house and outbuilding, built c. 1800, currently not in use. Pitched slate roof with cast-iron rainwater goods. Painted wet dashed walls. Segmental carriage archway to north end of front elevation, having brick arch-ring and painted timber battened double-leaf door. Square-headed window openings now boarded up, having painted limestone sills. Square-headed entrance opening with painted timber battened door.

This building is of particular interest due to its house and outbuilding combination. Its scale, with its upper windows close at the eave, is typical of vernacular buildings. Its carriage arch opening, and timber battened fittings add interest to the streetscape.
