Detached three-bay two-storey house, built c. 1900, having two-storey front (north) elevation with double-height canted bay windows, single-storey rear (south) elevation with flat-roofed single-bay single-storey extension, two-storey west elevation with flat-roofed four-bay single-storey extension, and two-bay east elevation, formerly entrance elevation, with external staircase removed. Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings throughout, with render sill courses to bay windows, with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to all elevations, replacement timber windows to former door opening to east elevation, to extensions, and to rear elevation. Replacement half-glazed timber panelled door flanked by one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation, timber battened door to extension to rear.

Interesting double-height bay windows. Originally with an entrance to first floor, it has been altered over the years to provide a conventional central ground floor entrance. Retains many timber sash windows. Sited on a height, highly visible from the street, making a positive architectural contribution to village of Ballycotton.
