Hipped artificial slate roof with rendered chimneystacks and cast-iron rainwater goods. Smooth rendered walls. Square-headed openings throughout, with render sill courses to bay windows, with one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to all elevations, replacement timber windows to former door opening to east elevation, to extensions, and to rear elevation. Replacement half-glazed timber panelled door flanked by one-over-one pane timber sliding sash windows to front elevation, timber battened door to extension to rear.
Interesting double-height bay windows. Originally with an entrance to first floor, it has been altered over the years to provide a conventional central ground floor entrance. Retains many timber sash windows. Sited on a height, highly visible from the street, making a positive architectural contribution to village of Ballycotton.
