A well dedicated to St. Brigid with contemporary votive offerings. Described by Ó Muirgheasa in 1936 as 'St. Brigid's Holy Well, south-east of Lough-a-Lann, and about half a mile from Stranorlar. Stations are yet made, but at no specified time.' (Ó Muirgheasa 1936, 155). (Ó Muirgheasa No. 74) The above description was derived from the 'Archaeological Survey of County Donegal.
