Unlocated holy well within the townlands of Moneystown Hill/North/South. According to Lynch (1994, 640) there is a holy well known as ‘St Lewis’ Well’ in the townland of Moneystown that is mentioned in the 1930s Irish Folklore Commission, Schools Manuscript Collection (IFC S 918: 71). The folklore manuscripts recorded the tradition that ‘there is also a special cure attached to the well… This well was supposed to have moved three times since its origin’ (Lynch 1994, 640).
