Terraced two-bay three-storey house, c.1800. Part refenestrated, c.1950. One of a group of eight. Pitched (shared) slate roof with clay ridge tiles, rendered (shared) chimney stack having capping supporting terracotta pots, and cast-iron rainwater goods on rendered eaves having iron ties. Rendered, ruled and lined walls with cast-iron tie bar to top floor. Square-headed window openings with cut-stone sills, replacement one-over-one (ground floor) and two-over-two (top floor) timber sash windows, c.1950, retaining six-over-six timber sash window to first floor. Square-headed door opening with replacement glazed timber panelled door, c.1950. Street fronted with concrete brick cobbled footpath to front.

A distinctive modest-scale house built as one of a group of eight related units (with 15605068 - 69) with attributes including the informal, almost random composition suggesting that the ensemble was devised with the rear elevations fronting on to the street. Having been well maintained, the house presents an early aspect with substantial quantities of the historic or original fabric surviving in place, thereby upholding the character of a diverse streetscape.
