What is recorded here
Concentrated areas of worked flint and flint nodules were found here in 2001 during monitoring of groundwork in advance of residential development (Excavation Licence 00E0084). They were associated with a pits and areas of burning (WI008-048---- and WI008-049----). (Clutterbuck 2003, 413-4).
