Hipped natural slate roof with crested ridge tiles, red brick chimneystacks, cast-iron rainwater goods, timber bargeboards to gablet and having flat roof to bay window. Nap rendered walls with string course at sill level first floor. Timber side-hung outward-opening windows, with render surrounds to first floor left hand side opening. Timber panelled door with sidelights, fanlight and render surround. Red brick boundary walls and piers, having cast-iron railings and gate.
