What is recorded here
Ballymana holds a graveyard only in memory, buried beneath rough pasture on a northeast-facing slope. No stone, marker or ditch remains visible, yet local tradition insists the dead still occupy that quiet ground. The earth may have swallowed every trace, but the shape of loss endures in the tilt of the hill and the patience of grass.
Located on a NE facing slope under rough pasture. There is a tradition of a graveyard at this site(Price, 1944, 107-118). There is no visible evidence for same.
The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
