What is recorded here
Graveslab in Tubbrid is a graveslab in Tubbrid, County Tipperary, Ireland. It dates to 1680 and belongs to Prince, formerly Vicar. The slab is no longer apparent in the church graveyard, but it likely remains there, either buried or reduced to an illegible inscription.
In the 'Vestry-yard' of the church of Tubbrid (TS081-054----) a graveslab, dated 1680, belonging to 'Prince - formerly Vicar', has been recorded (McCready 1900, vol. 4, 473). It is likely that this graveslab, though not now apparent, is still present in the graveyard (TS081-054001-) but is either buried or the inscription is illegible.
