Graveslab in Aghaboe marks Dorothy Hedges of Derrin Castle, dated 1675. The slab lay at the east end of the church before disappearing from view. It still belongs to the place because it recorded a named woman, a castle connection and a date at the heart of the local landscape.

A horizontal grave slab of Dorothy Hedges who lived in Derrin Castle with a date of 1675 lay at the east end of church (LA022-019002-). (Carrigan 1905, vol. 2, 46). No visible surface remains.
