Grave Yd is a living graveyard on the south side of Sheep's Head peninsula, where low uninscribed stones and a few newer headstones mark burials beside the shore. A cut block from a late medieval door-arch stands among them, carrying a chamber of an older building into death and memory. The sea still touches the place, and people continue to lay the dead beneath its sky.

On S side of Sheep's Head peninsula, close to shore. Roughly rectangular area enclosed by stone wall. Lines of low uninscribed stones with a few 19th and 20th century headstones. Still in use. One gravemarker just S of church (CO138-015002-) is a block of cut stone from door-arch of late medieval character.
