Grave Yd is a rectangular graveyard on the east shore of the Ilen estuary in County Cork, Ireland. A low stone wall encloses headstones dating from the early 19th century to the present day. A church stands in the centre, and the yard extends south to include a Church of Ireland church. The place has served as a burial ground for generations along the estuary.
