Grave Yd. is a graveyard in Clonoulty Churchquarter, County Tipperary, Ireland. It occupies a low rise in gently undulating countryside, with a holy well about 100 metres to the east. The long rectangular area measures 50 metres north to south and 150 metres east to west inside a 19th-century rubble limestone wall. Eighteenth and nineteenth-century memorials stand within the wall, a 19th-century Church of Ireland church occupies the west end, and an earlier church lies further east near the boundary wall.

On top of a low rise of ground in gently undulating countryside with a holy well (TS046-049----) c. 100m to the E. A long rectangular graveyard (int. dims. 50m N-S ; 150m E-W) enclosed by a rubble limestone wall of 19th-century date containing 18th and 19th-century memorials. There is a 19th-century C of I church at the W end of the graveyard. There is an earlier church (TS046-048001-) marked on the 1st (1840) ed.
