Grave Yd. in Kilgarvan, County Kerry, holds a medieval parish church at its centre and a ruined 19th-century Catholic church on its west side. Altar-tombs and inscribed headstones crowd the south, southwest and north, while unmarked graves wait beneath the soil. The graveyard remains in occasional use, suggesting that memory and mortality still move through its stone walls.

On the N side of the main street in Kilgarvan. A roughly square graveyard (c. 50m x 50m), enclosed by a masonry stone wall with the entrance at SW. It is in occasional use. The medieval parish church (KE094-004001-) is at the centre of the graveyard. A number of altar-tombs, some dating to the 19th century, are located in the S and SW sectors of the graveyard. One tomb adjoins the SE corner of the church. Inscribed headstones are situated to the N of the church; some unmarked graves were noted. The ruin of a 19th-century Catholic church (KE094-004004-) stands in the W side of the graveyard. A bullaun stone (KE094-004002-) is in a garden wall on the S side of the street, opposite the graveyard.
