Grave Yd is a rectangular graveyard in County Cork, Ireland, enclosed by a stone wall and holding headstones from the 19th century to the present day. A Church of Ireland church occupies the north half of the yard, built on the site of an earlier church. The place marks continuous burial and worship in one bounded area, with the old church location still shaping the layout of the yard.
