Grave Yard in County Kilkenny holds a medieval church inside a rectangular earthwork raised one metre above the surrounding plain. A nineteenth-century wall still encloses the place, while two late seventeenth-century graveslabs mark its southwest angle. The field may have swallowed older paths, vessels or rooms, yet the church and stones still distinguish the dead from the living pasture.

In rolling pastureland on a wide, flat plain. A medieval church (KK010-005001-) is roughly centrally located within a roughly rectangular graveyard (dims. c. 33-40m N-S, widening slightly towards the E end; c. 70m E-W). The graveyard is enclosed by a 19th-century wall, and the interior is 1m above the surrounding fields.
