What is recorded here

In undulating pastureland and limestone pavement. Hachured and named 'Glasha Fort’ on the 1842 ed. of the OS 6-inch map. Named ‘Glasha Fort (Site of)’ on the 1897 OS 25-inch plan. This levelled subcircular cashel (est. diam. c. 30m) is defined by a very slight and intermittent scarp, partly visible in satellite imagery (OSi MapGenie 2013-2018).
