Boundary wall, installed 1858, with pair of cruciform-detailed cut-granite octagonal piers on granite ashlar plinths having cast-iron finial-topped cut-granite polygonal capping framing oak leaf-detailed cast-iron railings. Street fronted.
A boundary wall with iron work supplied by the Mill Road Iron Works (established 1839) of Distillery Road (Roche et. al. 1988, 61) making a pleasing visual statement in Rowe Street Upper (cf. 15502187).
